At Plumfield Press, we take great care in packaging and shipping your books. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement copy, or
- A full refund for the affected item
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After verifying the issue, we will:
- Ship the missing item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund if the item is unavailable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect items ordered
- Opened or used books (unless damaged upon arrival)
